Mrs. Clinton spoke at a conference in Boston today, and made some interesting comments:
“American voters should make it very clear that we will not vote for someone who says proudly he or she will go to Washington and never compromise,” she said, according to the Boston Globe.
“We’re not even coming together to solve the emergency problems,” she added, referring to the crisis of unaccompanied minors at the U.S. border.
Tell me, Hillary, which of your principles are you prepared to compromise on? Will you lower taxes? Will you sign a repeal of part or all of Obamacare? Will you pledge not to enact any policies to combat
global cooling global warming climate change?
While we’re at it, will you release the records of Lois Lerner’s emails, or the Benghazi incident, or any of the dozens of other scandals hovering around you? Will you finally explain how you turned $1,000 into $100,000 in “cattle futures”?
The answer is obvious. She will do no such thing. Whenever a Democrat calls for “compromise” they define it as “Republicans moving to the left,” never as “Democrats moving to the right.”
And that’s why Hillary can make that statement and no Democrat will attack her for violating the core principles of their party. They know what Hillary meant. I only wish more Republicans did.
